This paper mainly researched a kind of temperature control system based on DSP TMS320LF2407, and the system is used to semi-automation biochemistry.In the development of biochemistry analysis instrument, one important constituent is to study the temperature control system. Only the temperature is assigned, the sample and reagent are tested, the biochemistry examination result is reliability.The software design of the temperature control system is discussed detail in this paper. It introduced the program of the increasing type PID algorithm, and parameter installation method and testing result analysis. At the same time, the hardware circuit of the temperature control system is introduced similarly too, and it realizes ±0.1℃ control precision.The result proves that, the requests of the control precision of temperature can be achiever in this system. This system is suitable for the clinical request, and it has the certain reference value to the correlative topic research.
