Nowadays, the Technology of Internet develops at very fast speed and the numbers of the Network hosts increases rapidlly,which brings a huge challenge to the network bandwidth and servers. From the development of network technology,the Increment of network bandwidth outclass the increment of processors and memory access,so more and more bottleneck appears at the servers. Owing to the popularization of Broadband Services,the network applications of VOD systems and Video conferences gradually increment.Many network services can't bear deadweight becauseof accessing times rise rapidly, and can't deal with the user's requests in time.It needs a long time to wait,and sometime reduce the quality of services. The click ratesof Some pop websites pass a hundred million,only one host computer system couldn't support such a huge services. How to build a telescopic network service to satisfy the load needs incrementing faster and faster is very important. However these problems can be solved by the technology of computer Cluster.The technology of Linux Virtual Server Cluster is a forward technology to improve the system capability and it is widely used nowadays in different applications. The linux virtual server Cluster is load balance cluster technology,which functions at linux kernel,and based on TCP/IP protocol. This technology has the characteristics that strong function,good adaptabilitie, high Performance-to-Price Ratio and so on.This paper mainly tells how to build a high performance video cluster based on LVS and analyse obtaining data about the user request's action model. At last i bring forward a suit of scheduling mechanism and validate the feasibility of attemper mechanism on a grid resource attemper simulator.The practise indicate,a video cluster system which has four cluster service node can deal with about two hundreds video streams from the clients subsequent,which is far beyond the capability of only one server.
