In recent years, more and more kinds of Web applications, which based on Web services, are provided, such as:news services. online banking, e-commerce. The Internet user's number grows rapidly, the amount of data on Internet increase explosively and the experience requirements of Internet user continue to improve. All of them need the server have higher performance requirements.Web services proved by single server have been unable to meet the needs of the development. Problems to be solved are searching for a cheap, effective way to build several high-availability, high-performance Web server system. The load balancing cluster system is one way to resolve this issue.This paper focuses on load balancing cluster server and are mainly done the following areas:1. Compare and induct about the current mainstream technology for Web server clusters;2. Study of commonly used LVS load balancing algorithms and the system's internal structure and characteristics, and simulation exercises aimed at adult education examination system characteristics, in the cluster system used in the weighted least connections algorithm as a load-balancing scheduling algorithm.3. Use of Linux Virtual Server (LVS) as a system solution, using direct routing (DR) load balancing mode.4. Through the heartbeat mechanism to bring front-end load balancing devices and backup equalizer mutual health monitoring, through the realization of two machines Keepalived failover (Failover). 5. Study the performance of Web cluster system monitoring technology, according to the characteristics of adult education examination system using a combination of phpsysinfo and Cacti monitoring mode...
