The idea of parameter-design was provided, the main way of constructing was discussed, including the communication technique between flash and XML to construct controlling menus, passing data between several documents of SWF, controlling temperature by several parameters, communication technology with TXT of exterior document, information-tracing and information-feedback etc. The simulative product line constructed adapts for educating of professional technique and training for technology personnel, and it achieved excellent training effect.The simulation training platform of producing beer with whole scene provided with vivid scene, and it can take on the whole training process, in which the users can finish the preconcerted training item, that is to say, each kinds of simulated operation could be performed according to operation process on actual equipment. Moreover, it had function of good interaction, the whole scene, the design of intelligentized, and the design of open-mode enhanced the extended-function of this software, it can deepen mastery and understandings of students about the experiment process and corresponding theory knowledge, all of which had good spread and application value for the senior educating of professional technology and training for technology personnel of enterprises.
