Research And Application Of Administration Permit E-Supervision Data Acquisition Model

With the swift and violent development of the computer science and technology, it is a very important task of government to establish highly efficient, honest, just and transparent operation mode using modern electronic information technology. The development of E-Government has accelerated the paces of government's informationization. Administration Permit E-Supervision is a part of E-G, among which the data acquisition module faces many permit systems belonging to different functional departments. The data are various and the situation is very complicated.The extensible Markup Language (XML) that has developed since the end of 20th century possesses abundant structure information and clear definition. Its characteristics including description, validity, content and data separating, strong structure etc make it have good application value to data exchange, and become the focus of the research in data exchange and mode conversion. How to utilize the characteristic and relevant technology of XML to draw data accurately from various data sources is the basic and key part of E-Supervision System, and is also the core of this research..The main content of this paper includes:(1) Expatiating on the significance of implementing E-Supervision, proposing the problem and pointing out the importance to set up E-Supervision Data Acquisition Model.(3) Proposing the framework of E-Supervision Data Acquisition Model based on the analysis of Administration Permit E-Supervision System, and then analyzing and exposition every part of the model in detail. Using XML relevant knowledge, this paper provides the rules of mode mutual conversion and describes them formally.(4) Describing the realization of the procedure of data acquisition in practical application and analysis based on the proposed E-Supervision Data Acquisition Model.
