Research And Implement Of Supply Management System Based On Three Layer System Structure Of The CORBA

With the varieties of customer's need to the products, satisfying the requests of the customers becomes a key to enterprise's surviving successfully. Supply management system as a support of the manufacturing of the company plays a very important part. Towards sharing the data among departments difficultly and producing department's hard supervisions on product matching dynamically , with CH supply manage system of a domestic large war-industry machine product manufacturing for object ,this paper starts from the management of purchasing plan of the CH supply system, brings forwards CH supply management system based on three layer C/S system structure of the CORBA after analyzing CH supply management system sufficiently for supplying the technologic support to the enterprise.Firstly, this paper analyses supply management theories and the technology applied to supply management system, points out the main problems which exist in supply management system, puts forwards the whole thought which benefits for supply management system in CH Company producing according to some researches'practice all over the world.Secondly, it emphasizes on constitution of the CH supply manage system, and analyzes the calculation ways relative with the CH supply plan making and stock management , puts forward the frame of purchasing management system as the core of the CH supply plan management system by analyzing purchase manage system.Then, it applies the CORBA technology and the three layer C/S system structures to the CH supply management system according to characteristics of the CH Company's construction differently, develops the CH supply management system.Finally, it draws a conclusion that the CH supply plan management can enhance the produce efficiency by using it to the real manufacturing and making the supply plan of products materials named the process of the calculation of material needs to refurbishing its states.
