The software project management is very difficult in Software Company in China. The project manager is up against so much trouble such as badly veracity, limited time, human resource, delayed reaction. Now there isn't any project management software has the ability to accomplish the whole software project management, because it's difficult to make a fitness system for the enterprise's procedure peculiarity. In this article, we present a project management system for solving those project management problems in a software company.This article's theory is based on the process improvement of software engineering, offers an application system of software project management based on the Struts infrastructure. In the researching and designing works, uniting the well-rounded thinking of software engineering and MIS theory, to research and realize the PM system which fit to the medium and small software company. For the software engineering has widely content, the key of the article is the procedure management. This PM system helps actualizing the software engineering's requirements, plan, development, test, maintenance and other steps.The system we designed is a flexible, custom-built application to the medium and small software company. Users can choose some parts of them to manager their project success. The System can make company improve projects developing and make the quality of projects better.With the technical development, the system function must along with it development, therefore in the end proposed some own view and the forecast on this PM management system.
