Design And Implement Of TCP/IP Stack Based On PNX1500

Ethernet communication technology adopting TCP/IP has strong interoperability, so it is the first communicating choice of modern communicating modes. The paper studies the design and application of TCP/IP protocol stack based on PNX 1500, and then discusses the design and application of operation system simulation layer and network card driving program. The goal of the paper is to study the application of network protocol stack in embedded system, at last to realize the network transferring platform construction of multimedia.Firstly, the paper introduces the development situation and application of embedded network protocol stack at home and abroad, and then explains the TCP/IP model of network protocol stack. Based on embedded resources, the paper discusses the TCP/IP choice in embedded system.Secondly, the paper introduces the hardware construction of PNX1500 and Ethernet interface circuit design in detail, and analyzes the peripheral equipment. Based on analyzing the net card ROM spaces and working theory, the paper introduces the space distributing and application in system. Environmental configuration, development tools and assistant files are detailed discussed in the paper. The whole development environment is based on command line, so it increases the development difficulty.Thirdly, the paper designs and realizes the operation system simulative layer to realize the universal functions and run on different platform. The main function is supporting operation system simulation interfaces. The operation system simulations layer includes thread, signal, mailbox, message etc. The system program's design is discussed. In order to reduce the complexity and stability of system, the operation system simulation layer is driven by hardware. The project dissolves the operation system reliability of driving program; the network driving program is studied on the basis.Finally, the paper discusses the realization of TCP/IP protocol, tests every module, and realizes the whole debugging. The tested results show that embedded Ethernet connecting system realizes the data transforming through Ethernet according to network protocol.
