The motion-control system which based on digital signal processor (DSP) and field programming gate array(FPGA) has high control-precision, good real-time and high interfere-resistance, and it's popularly applied in control system nowadays. This paper takes the focus on the characteristic of laser processing system, and does some deeply research on the processing control system in this field, and also designs the hardware system. The System has realized control exactly laser by use of DSP and D/A chip. This system can implement the precision interpolation function and realize the ascending, descending and invariable motion in two axes. The system can change PWM's frequency and occupancy range on real time for laser processing system. It can achieve the request in this field. The main innovations of the dissertation are given below:(1) It is analyzed and studied the principle and the system structure of digital and signal processor and field programming gate array, and also given the system structure diagram of them.(2) It is analyzed and realized communication between DSP and PC with USB.(3) It has been realized the PWM wave output which its frequency rang between 100HZ and 20KHZ and its occupancy range is from 0 to 100% by use of DSP. And it has been realized that the system can change PWM's frequency and occupancy range on real time.(4) It is analyzed and studied the hardware and software of the D/A with DSP. It has be realized DDA arithmetic for image data by use of D/A chip and DSP.At the last, it is exhibited some production we complete in the research, including acceleration and deceleration module and D/A card which will be produced. And it is expatiated on that the shortage of the system, and pointed out what we need to do in the future.
