For mechanical equipment condition monitoring and early warning, has significant value to the daily production and life, and for mechanical equipment vibration monitoring is a good means of early warning system for mechanical equipment operation. However the complexity of vibration, especially the adaptive broadband wave fine analysis of traditional signal analysis methods, such as Fast Fourier Transform, Zoom-Fast Fourier Transform, it is difficult to realize high precision at the same time, such as rapid processing. At the same time, in the process of fiber production, fiber optic strain screening, equipment vibration signals is more octave and local signal, monitoring analysis of the tension screening machine faces this problem.According to the above problem, Aiming at these problems, this dissertation conduct research about it. First, an adaptive spectrum analysis method is proposed. With the basis of the designed new analysis method, the author develops a set of multi-channel signal acquisition processing system to monitor mechanical vibration. The main research results and innovation of research subject are as follows:(1) A self-adaptive spectrum analysis method innovatively is designed in this dissertationThis dissertation designs an self-adaptive the method based on spectral interference identification, refining the complex analytic band pass filter and spectrum correction. It can self-adaptively process frequency spectrum without improving the frequency resolution, the new method the deficiency of the FFT, ZFFT method in digital signal processing. The simulation and experiments show that when using 256 data, it can quickly deal with the spectrum analysis of the problem. At the same time, it has good accuracy.it can identify intensive spectrum line interference (Frequency interval less than 0.01 frequency resolution). At the same, it can correct the result. Frequency error is less than 0.02% frequency resolution, amplitude error less than 0.02%, in the early phase error is lower than 0.05°.(2) A digital filter as the core of the signal preprocessing method is designed in this dissertationIn order to further improve the accuracy of weak vibration signals which are collected and to reduce the difficulty of the requirements for hardware circuit design, this dissertation add signal preprocessing. Through the above processing, the dissertation develop a system of The pretreatment of vibration signal with a core of digital filtering technology.(3) A signal processing methods of time domain is designed in this dissertationThis dissertation designs the signal processing methods of time domain, Using the numerical analysis theory, through the numerical fitting and interpolation principle, it implement the extraction of multi-channel data information extraction in time domain. By using the principle of fitting and interpolation principle for processing, it obtain high accuracy of time domain signal processing analysis results.(4) A multi-channel adaptive vibration monitoring system is designed in this dissertationBased on the algorithm research, designed the special vibration signal acquisition boards, data communication and PC processing software. With The USB communication mode, the system can control the multi-channel sensor, and acquire multi-channel data. On the basis of experimental testing, The author had developed a set of adaptive vibration monitoring system.
