ACMM synthesizes advantages from contact measure and laser scanning measure. It has brought a new mode for product design, manufacture and three dimensional measures, which has great research value and marketing future. Based on the work of our predecessors, the newly developed image processing module system and the Accuracy of the Measurement System Control Strategy for ACMM has been researched in this paper.Parameter demarcation of laser scanner and three dimensional data matching both use figure image acquisition by CCD as the information source. This paper focus on improving imaging quality, the theory of algorithm for imaging processing and three dimensional reconfiguration for Detail data acquisition is researched. In the chapter of imaging processing, the wavelet transform and a process of image filtering algorithm based on wavelet transform are discussed, which provide a good solution to the impact of environmental noise on the measurement accuracyThere are many factors affecting the quality of images acquired. In this paper, the mathematical model of line structured light scanning triangulation is established. On base of this, the impact of structure parameter of the laser scanner and performance parameter of the CCD vidicon on measurement results is discussed during measuring data. The selection criterion is proposed. The researches have provided highly directional reference on the selection of future hardware and the optimization of measurement program.As an important part of the system, this paper focuses on the study of the accuracy of the measurement system control strategy of laser scanner. The vertical degree of laser surface relative to the measured surface and automatic alarm control program is discussed. In view of the error sources, a mathematical model is established. Detailed discussions and experimental comparisons have also been done, and the real-time control program is proposed.
