Embedded systems with small, dedicated, easily portable, high reliability characteristics has been used widely in industrial control applications, such as industrial process control, remote monitoring, intelligent instrumentation., robot controller and numerical control system. In addition, with the development of networks and communication technologies, industrial control network has become the scene of the development trend.Based on the analysis of the CNC machine tool cutting interpolation algorithm, and by comparison of the track control of dolly, the arc interpolated method is proposed and a subset of G-code is proposed to describe the track. By applying this method to the line, arc track and cubic spline interpolation, the results that dolly tracks straight and circular interpolation of the experimental and simulation results is given.According to Principle track, the hardware part of dolly control system and embedded control system with S3C44B0X processor are designed, which has LCD display, touch screen input and network communications functions. Operating systemμC/OS-II and Graphical User InterfaceμC/GUI are adopted to enrich the graphic display and simplify the program design. This thesis introduces the transplant of operating systemμC/OS-II and GUI graphics systemμC/GUI., the driver preparation of the main components of system, and techniques relevant to the graphical interface design system. The task partitioning of the system, priority scheduling strategy, the interrupt system, the design and implementation of communication tasks on application layer is introduced. Furthermore the implementation of each functional modules is shown .
