In this thesis, the features, development, and international research situation of SAW is introduced, through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of analog circuit control systems and digitized control systems, the direction of SAW—the digital control is pointed out. This thesis also analyzes the jointing process and the SAW's control system, introduces respectively the hardware equipment and software tools, and provides theoretical basis for digital control system.The author combines the newly developed products of Shan Da Ao Tai electrical co.,Ltd. - STAW, Expounds the analysis of system requirements, system design, and outline design according to software engineering.Details the design and development of software of this machine in accordance with the design line and describes the embedded system framework, principles, transplantation, and reduction.The most striking feature of this machine is the realization of the space saddle-type welding seam welding control system with the use of interpolation arithmetic, which replaced the method of mechanical differential outfit simulated space curve movement, guarantees the stability of the welding line, makes the track of the welding blowpipe more accurate, the mechanical structure simpler.Via initial debugging, The SAW control systems designed can meet the requirements, The following features such as simple circuit, high-precision control, anti-interference capability, interactive freely, easily operation, reliable performance. This system also can improve the integrated portions and the degree of automation.This work is based on the innovative independent design principles, to finding suitable programming tools, and after relevant reduction of the system the project transplants to the Linux operating system to complete the design.The final part of the thesis sums up the development trend of the machine and the defects to be improved.
