In recent years, with the wide use of micro-electronic technology, computer technology, digital technology, mechanical and electrical integration technology reliability theory, people put a higher demand for equipment monitoring in the field of video and Television technology.This paper designs intellectualized dimmer monitoring system software, which based on the conclusion of the current monitoring system technology. The powerful capabilities of the intellectualized dimmer system involves data collection and disposal, signal analysis, display on computer, and mutual communication. It was composed of field acquisition control terminal and center monitor computer. The field acquisition control terminal, using TMS320LF2407A as a hardware platform, functions as data collection, information processing, harmonic analysis and field control. The center monitor computer software adopts client/server model, with SQL Server 20000 as database manage system. The user interface is developed using ActiveX technology. The communication between the monitor computer and field acquisition control terminal is accomplished through CAN bus. The center monitor software provides preferable functions such as displaying real value of the terminal, setting alarm thresholds, switch control, automatic alarm and so on.At the beginning of this paper the current situation and the development of technology monitoring system is reviewed, and then system design scheme and the basic structure of the field acquisition control terminal hardware is introduced. Secondly the implementation method of the core processing module, computation module of current voltage and power, harmonic analysis module, CAN bus communications module and switch control module is presented. Thirdly the detailed design process of the center control subsystem software, user interface subsystem, and software client and database system is discussed. Finally the method of system software test and the scheme of the intellectualized dimmer monitor systems Software is described.On the basis of software design, intellectualized dimmer monitoring system software is implemented, and the experimental results show that the system software has reached the designed requirements and achieved the desired function.
