This topic originates from a research on Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system. The AFC system is one of the most basic and important systems in the track transportation, also is one of three domestic systems which our country must construct with high emphasis.AFC system is a large-scale automated system with high integration. The complete set AFC system involves broad areas of technology, both of its system and equipment technology are extremely complex. Overseas AFC system reached a high level in reliability and stability after several dozens year unceasing consummation and progress. Future 20 years will be crucial times for the development of our country city track transportation. According to the forecast, in the next 10 years, 75 percent investment of the global track transportation will flow into China. Facing so huge market demand, only mastery of core technology about AFC system can guarantee our country's city track transportation develop foreword has the foreword in a healthy condition. Therefore development of AFC system domestically is imperative under the situation for stimulating track transportation's progress of our country in the future.The article first introduced the independent-researched AFC system's complete framework, then analyzes various interprocess communication plans specifically, on the basis of which, interface layer and log layer have been researched respectly, meanwhile detailed design proposal also have been given.Then this paper explains how each operation run on the framework through a concrete operation program, describing how the process dispatch embody its importance to operation layer in the view of users.The article finally summarizes the research work before. The next step of work will take the current research as a foundation, make the further optimization to the framework process dispatch algorithm. The AFC system is a complex system, in which there are various processes, whether all processes can be dispatched properly will determine quality and application future of the overall system.
