At present the country is taking measure to construct and reconstruct the electrical network, The distribution transformer promoted to the S9 series from original S7 series, now S11 series has appeared. Those mainly revolves to reduce the loss of transformer of which dependence on improving transformers' conducting material (copper wire and leads magnetism material and silicon steel) to realize. It not only has social efficiency, but also has certain limitation. So looking for a new material has important meaning. The Amorphous- alloy material is one kind of new energy conservation material, it has the good ferromagnetism, The Amorphous -alloy transformer may cause the no-load loss reduces to 80%, raw material cost drops to 80%, this kind of transformer reduces the line loss, it is a important measure of electricity saving.Amorphous-alloy transformer have advantages on oil-immersed transformers, so they have been widely used in recent years. Currently, the design level of most transformer manufacturers still remains low but the production ability keeps increasing. The rising of the material price also adds the cost. Because optimum design is important to improve the efficiency, save production costs and enhance market competing capability, this dissertation makes a systematic study on Amorphous -alloy transformers' optimum design.the Firstly, an optimum design model is established after the hand design method and the dry-type transformers structure is studied. The improvement genetic algorithm is applied to accomplish the optimum model. This algorithm will lead the simulation annealing thought to the genetic algorithm in the choice mechanism, and has solved the traditional genetic algorithm premature restraining problem. The optimized result of the two algorithms shows: The astringency of the new algorithm is better, and the effect of the optimization is more marketable. According to the sequential resolution basic thought, the unified mathematical model of series transformer optimizing design is founded. And the series transformer optimization question is discussed by using the improvement genetic algorithm. Then the optimum design process is created based on the above.Secondly, selects the C++ programming language in the software design aspect, and uses Visual Basic to carry on the contact surface compilation. Also has realized the connection of VB and the AutoCAD software using ActiveX. Not only this design can carry on the optimized design to the transformer, and increase the CAD charting function. Using the modern software engineering thought, the paper discussed the realization technology of the integrate software in detail.Finally, in the condition of all satisfying the national standards request in each performance index, taking the SBH15-M-200/10and SBH15-M-800/10model Amorphous -alloy transformers single optimizes as examples, the effective cost of transformer reduced 8.12% and 7.65% separately, taking the series of four SH15-M-100/10 model Amorphous -alloy transformers as examples, defers to the different weight to carry on the series optimization design separately, the cost reduces 9.77% and 8.50% separately. So the design makes the Amorphous -alloy transformers optimizing effect to be more remarkable, and has achieved the anticipated effect.
