In present time, blending rice technology, as one of the directions of development of rice, has become more and more important towards some research Institutes and forms of rice production. Fieldbus is the hot spot in the field of automation control. It is known as the local area network(LAN) of automation control. The appearance of Fieldbus signs the start of a new period of industry control technology. It will have a strong effect on this field. And these automatic control systems based on Fieldbus technology apply popularly in industrial production. The thesis is researched and designed under this background.This subject comes from refined rice producing technology project of some company. This thesis analyzes flow chart of refined rice, focusing on integrated requirements of automation control system of refined rice production line, basing on advanced Fieldbus technology. And it mainly adopts SIEMEN'S advanced equipments(PLC, winCC), and designs a control system of refined rice and researches the craftwork blending rice.And the research of algorithm on control system of automatic blending rice is under the way.According to the analysis on the framework flow of refined rice, technical demand and requirement of users, the scheme of this subject about control system for blending rice based on PROFIBUS technology is put out. The building process of network is described in detail. After analyzing of the whole scheme of blending rice control system, the thesis expatiates hardware and software design of control system and has a successful effect on the practical production.This thesis compiles PLC control program and designs supervisory and control system. And it mainly expatiates the implementary course about system supervisory and the application of hardware configuration, WinCC, STEP 7 Micro/WIN 32 software, and the model of blending rice system. Then the human-machine interfaces are designed and developed by using configuration software WinCC included in SIEMENS PCS7. Some peculiar technology and functions of the human-machine interfaces are discussed.The system has been put into use successfully. It improves both the product quality and the corporation benefit. It also improves the informationization and automatization degree of the corporation.
