For the past few years, along with the furious media competition in China, emergency reports have become the very mean of demonstrating media's innovation ability and social influence. And how to improve the standard of emergency reports has already caught researchers' eyes. Although there are lots of research findings on emergency reports, most of them just focus on superficial experience summary, while the profound reason of making high-caliber emergency reports are still not found. Having considered the situation, this thesis mainly focuses on emergency reports' course of production, namely their writing and editing flow, hoping to find a way to improve emergency reporting standard.Considering media as organic parts of social organizations, this thesis firstly expounded the importance of emergency reports in media organizations and pointed out the defects of existing writing and editing flow. Then, under organizational management theories, this thesis analyzed the social environment of media organizations, offering a practical reference to writing and editing flow transformation. At last, this thesis put forward an adapting and organic writing and editing flow which focuses on the audiences. Through efficiency improving and team cooperating, this new writing and editing flow could eventually improve emergency reporting standard.
