More and more foreign banks enter into china, since China’s entry into WTO.Thefierce competitions existed in banks are more intense than before. Some changes werehappened, the Commercial modes of banks were changed into Customer-Centric fromProduct-Centric. The banks began to regard the customs as important assets of their own.In order to improve customs’ degree of satisfaction and loyalty, all banks took manyways to show loving care for their customs. There are thousands of customs for everybank, how many customs the banks know well? If the banks don’t know their customswell, they can’t provide characteristic service to their different customs, so subdividingcustoms is becoming to a critical problem for every bank. What kind of ways tosubdivide customs should be used? What kinds of services are supplied to the customsthose have been subdivided? What degrees of care are shown for the customs toimprove their degree of satisfaction? All of those are challenges in traditional CSMIS ofbanks. The data mining technology is used wider than before in all kinds of application, which used in CSMIS is gradually matured. CSMIS based data mining is arepresentative MIS, it is gradually evolutionary and matured in MIS. CSMIS based datamining is attracted service industry attention, especially banks attention. The bankswhich want to develop should link up the internal service and customer demandsefficient; establish the CSMIS fitting in with its own characteristics. Some popular data mining techniques were introduced, analyzed and compared inthis paper, then some of them were chosen to be used in the CSMIS.These populardata mining techniques which were used in the CSMIS play an important role in suchfields, such as: To realize cross-selling, to explore new customers, to retain originalcustomers, to improve customs’ degree of satisfaction and loyalty and to prevent theloss of customers. In chapter4and chapter5describe about how to use data mining technologyreasonable in the system by drawing flow sheet, drawing topological graph and drawingscreen shot about the CSMIS.
