Railway transportation plays a decisive role in national economy. With development of production of railway transportation, growth of transportation quantity, acceleration of speed, and improvement of technique, the contradiction between safety and production, efficiency and benefit becomes more and more outstanding. It has become a serious challenge to the safety evaluation management of railway transportation branch.In this case, it is very necessary to develop new management information system of safety evaluation in order to improve the efficiency of traditional safety evaluation management. In the process of safety evaluation management informationization reformation in railway branch, it needs to consider that the system which we develop is suitable for different branches of railway. It should meet scientific production operation, the unification assessment criteria and the transparence demand simultaneously. This system can realize information integration and transmission under the B/S architecture. Therefore, how to design the system architecture and optimize interactive performance of the system became the essential problem in the system development work.Based on the safety evaluation system for locomotive overhaul Korla branch of Urumqi railway Department, this thesis has put forward the subject of "The Research and Implementation of Multi-Layer Architecture and Key Technology of Railway Safety Evaluation System",with the purpose of providing a good solution to railway safety evaluation system, and has developed railway safety evaluation system that has good expansibility, easy maintainability, and high efficient interactive performance.The main research contents of this thesis are described as follows:(1) the research of multi-layer architecture and key technology of railway safety evaluation system.The good expansibility, easy maintainability and the objective persistence of railway safety evaluation system have been solved by using B/S four-Layer Architecture and Object mapping framework IBatis.Net And then Ajax technology has been designed under DotNet platform, which is used to achieve asynchronous data communication mechanisms between the browser and client in order to overcome B/S architecture defects and improve the data interactive efficiency.(2) Software design and implementation of the safety evaluation system for locomotive overhaul Korla branch of Urumqi railway Department.Taking railway safety evaluation system for locomotive overhaul Korla branch of Urumqi railway Department as a case, the requirement of this system has been analysed and the use-case model is established in this thesis. The functions of system web presentation layer, business facade layer, business rule layer and data access layer have been designed. The database has been designed by using the objected-oriented mode.The implementation process of main function modules have been presented.In this safety evaluation system, some key technologies such as IBatis.Net framework,Ajax technology have been deeply studied at the .Net development environment.The four-layer software architecture of the safety evaluation system has been realized and optimized with using IBatis.Net and Ajax technologies. Through long-playing stable running in work field, there was a result that showed the system had so many characteristics such as high reliability, good interactive performanceand, and good expansibility. And the rationality and feasibility of this system was also proved.The safety evaluation management level and work efficiency was improved by this system. All parts of production process were controlled effectively. The operating process was standardized. The system has achieved the aim of scientific safety evaluation management and brought obvious economic and social benefits. An executable method for railway safety evaluation management informationization reformation was given.
