The problem of incomplete and incorrect search results of search strategy relying on keyword match makes it difficult for people to get useful information. A feasible method to improve the technology is to add some semantic annotations to Web service. An annotation method is proposed in this paper: the semantic concept defined by a domain model is used to add semantic tag to Web service described by WSDL to create Web service semantic description based on WSDL-S. So the content of Web document could be disposed by computer automatically, and finally the goal of semantic search on Web could be achieved.The WSDL-S annotated tools add semantic tags to the existing WSDL file based on one or more ontologies. Because Ontology manifestations are different significantly from the concept described by WSDL in the form, it is difficult to match these two models directly. To solve this problem, the match algorithm based on concept name is concerned to solve this problem in the paper and improve the algorithm to some extent, so that both transformed into a public format of the performance, and then through a purchase books online system experiment to add the semantics of the text, moreover, compare and analysis the effects before and after adding semantic tags to text.The match algorithm based on concept name only reference single matching algorithm when matching concept, without taking into account the different matching algorithms integrated utility. This paper by considering different matching algorithms to be the concept of matching of the overall assessment to determine the final match. Specially, considering a single matching algorithm for the concept of matching, the match degree not only shows the relationship between the matched concepts but also shows the matched algorithm's credibility and applicability according to the current matched concepts.The precision ratio and recall ratio of service is greatly improved by adding semantic to Web services. It demands the retrieval system developed has the ability of analysis and understand about the natural language. Since the computer can understand semantic information, whether the handling of query requests or query results reflect the intelligent features of the computer network, and it can complete its work within a greater degree of automation. WSDL-S combined with the ontology, adding semantic tagging, most of the realization of the semantic Web services in the concept of matching value has increased, the same concept has a higher match value.
