Design And Accomplishment Of Propert Bei Jing Management System Based On J2EE Platform

With the development of economy and the emergency of more and morehigh-level commercial office buildings, local and foreign enterprises demand moreand more high-quality services. In the drastic market competition, the scientizationand normalization of property management, the informationization and automation ofmanagement have the direct effect on the property companies.This paper design a J2EE-based property management information system, basingon the analysis of current domestic and international property management systemsand related literatures. This system adopted popular web-application structure basedon J2EE platform and MVC design pattern, using Struts, Spring and Hibernateframeworks.The application is abstracted into three different functional parts by MVC designpattern, Which are Model, View and Controller. Each mission can be accomplished bythree parts not only separated but also cooperated. This paper introduce J2EE platformand MVC design pattern in detail, and Struts framework, Spring framework andHibernate framework are researched in depth.Firstly, the function of property management system is analyzed, materialfunction modules are separated. Secondly, the multi-tier and distributed structure isdesigned, Database is determined, and detailed technical application on each tier areconfirmed. Therefore, the property management information system in this paper isdesigned and accomplished.
