Research On The Weather Information Processing Technology Based On ECDIS

With the development of computer and information technology, research on automation and intelligent of navigation domain becomes a new study direction of marine technology researchers. Safety relate to navigation have been the global universal concerned important issues, which will affect the safety operation of society and economy. At present lots of advanced technology such as ECDIS, AIS, VDR, GMDSS, 3S, INTERNET and so on, have been put into use in almost all kinds of vessels which improved the navigation safety greatly.Under the navigation security and economical need impetus, the sea communication meteorological navigation is one irreversible tendency, it is one kind of extremely important safety control for seaing which the detailed, reliable and prompt weather information. At present, the way which mainly obtain the weather information for ships is by EGC and NAVTEX to accept the writing information or the meteorological facsimile machine to accept the graphic form weather information.With promoting of the information digitization, which further strengthens mathematics and the meteorology relation, with the formidable application function of the computer, to realize the weather information digitization, we load the weather information in the ECDIS platform; and in order to realize the ships meteorology facsimile paperless,we make the information of weather as electronic chart information be stored up and r searched at any moment.This article mainly researchs processing the weather information in the ECDIS platform, and demonstrates the related information on the baes of the requirement of meteorological navigation and weather information digitization processing.From the meteorological graph's aspect, we analyze the data structure process message related to weather information which base on the ECDIS platform, aim at the special request of the weather information graphical display, This article analysises the weather information processing technology and constructs the data model, and proposes the weather information and the electronic chart information superimposition. In order to cause the weather information factor data and the ECDIS platform related information match, this article has also carried on related processing to its data message using the computer. At the same time, this article has studied the weather information visualization method as well as the correlation model research from the visualization angle, describes the indefinite data message navigation meteorology condition and the trend of development.In the process of the graphical display and realizes, this article establishes the related mathematical computation model based on the graph expression. Through compute's analysis to the model, using the computer realizes the related model graph expression. In the process of model construction, this article gives a model of isoline by using the net method. And, in the process of forming isoline, this article realizes the information chain of isoline with a vector method and uses the vector to process the equivalent point, in order to form isoline. To smooth the isoline, this article uses one kind of smooth algorithm which is quite suitable weather information.
