Hongshui is an important journal in the medium-term of the Creative Association, it open up the glorious second stage of the Creative Association. Second is criticizing current politics, many articles grieving about historical events and characters had appeared. Third is literature review, it advocated revolutionary literature and criticized the works. Last is expressing the Youth's emotions, focusing on the Youths'topics as follows, poverty, sexual anguish and women liberation.As the edition, the thought of the chief editor Zhou Quanping impacted Hongshui fundamentally. The editing of Zhou had the characteristics of integrity, huge information, and grasping a large group of young readers. Zhou considered the revolution calmly; he believed the Youth's emotion was also revolutionary, so he persisted in expressing the Youth's emotion. He also communicated with readers by letters. His responsibility, carefulness and editing ideals won trust and respect of readers.As the culture, Hongshui and the publishing department of The Creative Association had a tide connection; it formed a group leading by Zhou. They toke Hongshui as the writing front in Shanghai, and gradually expanded the battle ground, contested the speaking right with Guangzhou companions,"The little guys"represents another Creative and the Youth culture. The contradiction between them and core companions was the contradiction between the Youth culture and the old culture, and it also intrigued the contradiction among the core companions.Through analyzing the articles in Hongshui, we can understand what this journal means to the medium-term of the Creative Association, to the whole development of the Creative Association, and to Modern Chinese Culture.
