Road Traffic Marking highway facilities is an important component, in recent years, in our country, the speed of highway construction has noticeably accelerated, marking work seems very heavy, the demand of Road Marking Machine also significantly increased. But the existing baseline for the road marking, the work of Marking Machine is not satisfactory, because the controlling agencies are unsatisfactory and the operation is inefficient. Even if the truck's line drawing machine, the driver also needs to be marking time focused on the road and crossed to the baseline, one can imagine the degree of fatigue, if unawareness, the standard will be set aside rather than a line, it would be a waste paint, but also affect the progress of the project, these conditions produced mainly because of the lack of proper control body functions.Against the above problem, some people made some Marking Machine assist device, although finding a solution narrow range, but increased marking machine efficiency and quality of the work, for example, ultrasonic range finder based on the automatic tracking system Highway crossed Highway line drawing and computer-aided identification system, at the same time introduced some related solutions. However, the road has been the need to benchmark the line marking the road, no practical assist device, this paper pushing this issue and hands-line cars, a study based on visual crossed the road of automatic detecting device.The use of digital image sensor device Acquisition Road Marking baseline image through the digital signal processor for digital image processing, based on Hough transform thinking straight and improved methods to extract baseline, judge baseline and crossed-spraying device to the Deflective angle, set a limit angle, when the angle is less than this limit, showed that the angle, and angle feedback to the controller, thereby implementing agencies to achieve control spraying device along baseline spraying, when the Deflective angle greater than the limit, the system raised alarm to alert staff on the direction of the line for a manual adjustment. This main works of the paper are installation of the road crossed automatic detecting device in hand push-type vehicle, the system's hardware and software design, circuit board production and debugging the circuit and so on. At the beginning of the paper, the system whole design notion and the final capacity target are put forward. Detail technical information of module design is narrated in each chapter. At the end of paper, some suggestions for system optimization are provided.
