A Research Of Web Services Based Remote Insurance Policy Processing System

As an innovated technology, Web Services is in the ascendant in the world. But as Insurance is in such a financial industry that stabilization is a key requirement, most of those companies are just looking on. Because of the special requirement of network bandwidth in remote policy processing, the author creatively hold the opportunity of "Donghai Bridge Liability Insurance" as a sally port of using Web Services technology with the development of insurance policy remote processing. This paper discusses technologies used with policy remote processing in an ultra-low bandwidth environment, and the system architecture in addition to the project implementation.The author constructively gives an architecture that uses main Web Service as a core repeater, and does a deep research on the reflection based technology as a system power controller, which achieves using those world wide frontier technologies in an insurance productive system practice. The pivotal points of the system realization are: 1) Using main Web Service on the Server side as a core repeater; 2) Using ClickOnce technology to resolve the updating and maintenance problem of Windows form programs. 3) Using X & Y axis absolute offsets, relative offsets, and scaling positioning methods to resolve the problem that traditional insurance policy processing system printing, especially overprinting, can not be accurately positioned.The paper is divided into 7 chapters.
