Traditional insurance customer relationship management can not meet the fundamental demand of the modern insurance industry for enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness. Data Mining Techniques become more mature. The level of insurance companies' office automation, enterprise information, and enterprise management is raising and the management concept is updating makes using of classification technology to insurance clients in-depth analysis of information, data conversion for the customer knowledge.It makes achieving enterprise decision support and gaining market advantage become possible. The paper focused on the use of the policy-making tree technology, designed and realized the insurance customer relationship management system.Based on the study of characteristics of customer relationship management and customer life cycle theory, combining the basic theory and methods of data mining, understanding the CRM business needs of insurance companies, analysising the demand of insurance customer relationship management, this paper design an insurance CRM Management System, which including model management subsystem, knowledge subsystem, and customer resource management subsystem, and achieving a typical module. In the design of model management subsystem, it mainly uses the data preprocessing technology and policy-making tree technology and discusses the process of generating data model.The development of this system provides a path for establishing a perfect, scientific and effective customer relationship management of insurance companies.
