As a customization computing system that integrates with hardware,real-time operating system and application software,Embedded System Design is a trend in the development of modern electronic technology.It has been extensively used in every aspect of life,such as the field of controlling,consumer-elcetronics devices,military, transport,medical treatment,etc.In the field of control,with rapid development of industrial automation,the rapid development of industrial automation puts forward new requirements to the embedded control systems.Data processing capability,real-time performance,the friendliness of visual interactive interface,the coordinated and self-diagnostic ability of production field and the ability of network interconnection have attracted more and more attention.Meanwhile,with the development of the computer and relative technology,it is possible to integrate the sensing,embedded computing,controlling technology and network communication into one tiny embedded device.In this paper,we talk about a kind of embedded data acquisition and control system based on real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱ,32-bit ARM Microprocessor and ethernet communication,which is designed to improve the performance of the existing Embedded control system,in such respects as Intellectualization,Networks,real-time,upgrade and maintenance.This system is based on a hardware platform of LPC2210 series while the software platform is real-time kernelμC/OS-Ⅱ.According to the common characteristics of Embedded control system,the general A/D and D/A module,general DI and DO module, control module and display module are realized.The Internet network communication is realized by adding Internet network control chipRTL8019AS to the hardware platform, migrating Embedded TCP/IP protocol stack and writing relevant API interface functions.Network monitoring function is realized by Network monitoring module which is carefully designed for this system.At last,to test the performance of theμC/OS-Ⅱkernel,correctness and coordination of all system modules,a set of Remote Temperature Monitored Control System is set up.Some conclusions can be obtained from the test results:the multitask scheduling is come true based on the ARMμC/OS-Ⅱkernel;Including Embedded TCP/IP protocol stack,the various function modules of the harware and software platform take good performance. A platform about the embedded data acquisition and control system based on Internet is designed successfully in the paper.
