Along with the development of science and technology, applications of Photoelectric sensor is growing. But the performance of photoelectric sensor is single, and lack of Intelligent processing, as well as the external environment features such as remote transmission. This paper designs a sensor-- Embedded Intelligent photoelectric sensor. It is embedded microprocessors at the core,Integrated photoelectric acquisition unit,Intelligent signal processing unit and network interface unit. It could complete Signal Detection,Transform,Logic judgement,Calculation function and Two-way communication, At the same time, Internal Achieve self-checking, since the school, the self-diagnosis function.Useing 32 ARM processors, it has merits and so on high performance, low power loss, low cost, low development difficulty,which could raise operating speed of the intelligence photoelectric sensor ,also be able to simplify system hardware's design .noise signal is curbed effectively by using low-noise photoelectric Acquisition circuit and low-pass filter circuit. A line DS18B20 is used as temperature acquisition Circuit,which Simplified manufacture difficulty. Using embedded real-timeμC / OS—II operating system,which can Improve the system's real-time performance. In data processing, Signal light and temperature signals are Curve Fitting through MATLAB software.Through the look-up table, the data are Processed by temperature compensation , to improve the accuracy of the treatment and the operating speed. At the same time, digital filter methodes of the low-pass system applications and arithmetic average restrain noise signal.In this paper,μC / OS—II operating system replants TCP / IP protocol. It is good of the network data transfer, and remote PC-control functions.According to the Intelligent Design and Analysis of photoelectric sensor,through debugging hardware and software. ultimately we achieve the smart photoelectric sensor.
