Along with the network technology rapidly developing,The three large networks,Telecommunication network,TV net,and IP net now used most widespreadly,are fused irresistiblly.And taking the IP core network as the backbone,other applications connect the core network through the access network to become the basic construction model of the next generation network.Under this construction the telecommunication network and the computer net interconnection is the important constituent which three nets fuse.At present, the E1 standard still obtained the widespread application in the telecommunication network,and Broadband Integrated Data Optical Synchronous Net(WIDOSNet) also is one kind of brand-new comprehensive service network.It can facilitate the comprehensive service information,the transmission document,the pronunciation,the image and the data and so on.It has the high timeliness, redundant reliability, high flexibility and highly effective characteristic and the application prospect is broad.Therefore the E1 line and the WIDOSNet interconnection research has the vital significance.This article mainly used FPGA chip EP1C6Q240C8 which Altera Corporation have produced and E1 connection chip DS26521 produced by DALLAS Corporation,based on Protel DXP software designed pronunciation relaying connection hardware electric circuit.Using Quartus II, SOPC Builder,Nios II IDE software tool provided by Altera to design and simulate the processing unit of the relaying connection,the control processor as well as the correlation module.And succeededly in the Nios II processor transplanted theμC/OS-IIoperating system,and take theμC/OS-II operating system as the background,has carried on the related software development.This pronunciation relaying connection designed in the article,connecting the Broadband Integrated Data Optical Synchronous Net(WIDOSNet)and the E1 line, after the process realized ,proved and tested repeatedly,the system successfully moves between the PSTN and the WIDOSNet and meets the design requirements.In this paper providing the theory realization method of the cost management,the status recognition and the telephone traffic statistics,the function of the telephone traffic management system of the WIDOSNet,built the rationale for the next step realization entire telephone traffic management system management system function.
