With the theory of "Air Warfare Integration" putting forward and the technology of Information Grid introducing,these have brought brand-new change of military theory and military affairs need,C~4ISR system needs to extend and improve on the concept and the function.The element K(Kill) increases in C~4ISR system headed by American Army,which is C~4KISR system.The communication subsystem of C~4KISR makes organic connection among every command center,early warning and probing system, combat troops and intelligence branch,etc,ensures that information flows seamlessly in C~4KISR system,but this system is very complex and have many unattached nets, different communication protocols.These bring some difficulties for developing C~4KISR communication subsystem,but simulation technology provides a shortcut. Simulation technology not only saves manpower and material resources,but also be controlled and avoids danger,developing system can be used repeatedly,improves system interoperability.In developing process of simulation system,modeling technology provides the credible gist,according to modeling,it can describe the structure and function of system comprehensively,so it is important to put forward a modeling method which can describe the system comprehensively and then solve the problems that describing system unclearly and inaccurately.This paper takes C~4KISR communication subsystem as the background, investigates the modeling method and simulation technology for C~4KISR communication subsystem,and gains achievements as follows:(1) Comparing with the merits and defects of different modeling methods which are often used at present,suggests that the method building a model combining with the unification build model language(UML) and the Object Petri net(OPN) to C~4KISR communication subsystem.This method establishes clear layer and comprehensive functions static model,which also shows lively dynamic model.(2) Given the general process to apply UML analyzing and design C~4KISR communication subsystem,and utilizes Rose to build use case diagram,class diagram,state diagram and collaboration diagram and so on,finally gets the detail static model and preliminary dynamic model. (3) Summing up mapping rules between UML and OPN,according to the mapping rules built detail dynamic model by using OPN to make up the deficiency that UML describes to dynamic behavior.(4) By analyzing C~4KISR communication subsystem,compares simulation method DIS with High Level Architecture(HLA) which are often used at present, suggests to adopt HLA to simulate.Utilizing the characteristic of HLA separated concrete simulation function realized,simulation running administration and the bottom communication,this may makes every part can be relatively independent carrying out exploitation.Finally this paper utilizes MAK RTI software to structure the simulation environment of HLA base on modeling and simulation technology of C~4KISR communication subsystem,adopts VC++ to complete the simulation procedure,test and verify the practicability and suitability of simulation model.The modeling method and simulation technology have certain reference significance to C~4KISR system of simulation technology in future.
