The gas/liquid two-phase flow is widespread in nature and industrial processes. The measurement of parameters of gas/liquid two-phase flow ,such as velocity, size and position of bubbles is a very important investigation subject.Gas/liquid two-phase cross-correlation flow velocity measurement system is composed of the upper and under ultrasonic sensors which change the flow noise signal into electrical signals , through the amplification,filtering,A/D converter circuit and the digital signal will be sent cross correlator. Finally output is the transit time and the velocity.In this paper,the anthor studied in detail the random ultrasonic pulse signal detection technology combined with the cross-correlation flow measurement technique to give the gas phase velocity and the bubbly flow distribution,the specific work is as follows:1.The academic foundation and implementation means are systematically introduced about the discrete phase velocity measurement by using the random ultrasonic pulse signal detection technology combined with the cross-correlation flow measurement technique.2. The two-phase flow is a typical complex multi-dimensional random phenomenon, Gas/liquid two-phase bubbly flow is simulated by use of the Monte Carlo method.3. By use of normalized cross-correlation,differential auto-correlation and polarity correlation algorithms,the author completed well two-phase flow velocity measurement.4. Through the simulation, the author analysised some impact factors of the velocity measurement.The research results show that simulation two-phase bubbly flow by Monte-Carlo method is a reasonable and effective way to promote the flow measurement technology in-depth development.Experiments verification of three algorithms can achieve two-phase bubbly flow velocity measurements. In relation to the industrial field of gas/liquid two-phase flow and flow rate measurement, the research results of this paper has theoretical and application value.
