A sensor network is composed of a large number of sensor nodes, which consist of sensing, data processing, and communicating components, and has been proposed for a wide variety of application areas, including industrial, military, biomedical, and environmental areas.Data Dissemination is a basic function of sensor networks, it refers to that sensor nodes sent the data they collected to a designated station or send the data passively to the interested users when received inquiries. Data Dissemination mainly includes actions: data caching, inquiries and data transmission. Therefore, data dissemination is the main problem in sensor networks. Wireless sensor network is application-specific, which is different from the traditional networks. Hence, the application scenarios should be taken into account and determining the specific technique is important when disseminating the data.Aiming to the bottleneck problem in network with static base station, in this paper, we study how to balance the load and reduce the total energy consumption by controlling the movement of the sinks. First, we concluded several general evaluation criteria of data dissemination protocol, and according to the multi-sink mobile collaboration network structure, made an Evaluation System of Data Dissemination, as the foothold of designing data dissemination protocol. Then the data dissemination protocol assisted by mobile multi-sink is proposed. Against the network node with location information proposed the OSTA protocol,introduced two mobile sink to assist the data disseminate, lowed the query load and increased the successful ratio. Then against the network node without location information proposed a data dissemination protocol, avoided the problem that node spending too much energy on computing its location information.Finally, an experimental platform established. Comparing with other similar protocol, the simulated experiment shows that the proposed protocols in this paper are more superiority.
