Overall Construction Of The Integrated Documents

The research on the integration of documents and achieves in the early 1980s of the 20th century has been the rise and quickly form an upsurge. But most of the Institute for the level of the document did the research on how to carry on the integrated document management, that is, exploring model of integrated document management, and few will combine theory and technology to study the issue. Therefore, this paper would like to explore and analysis theory basis of documents integration from the perspective of the relationship between documents and achieves, and the development of theoretical basis, analysis the practice one of integrated documents - electronic records; from the technical level, discuss the system construction of integrated document, with documentation centre, the establishment of digital archives center, and study the achieves professions' different role in the overall construction of the integrated documents.This paper adheres to a correct theoretical thinking and the scientific concept of development as a guide, and states the overall concept of the integrated documents. The paper uses a comparative analysis, empirical analysis, and other methods, and hopes that combining historical experience, some theoretical opinions are proposed in construction of integrated documents. Two purposes are stated in the paper. First is hope that through documents to illustrate the historical inevitability, and the second is the hope that some of the arguments is advanced as a induction and through arguments, some conclusion can be concluded as soon as possible, so that it will rise to the theory, and ultimately put Practice.This paper from the introduction, body, conclusion of three parts is discussed.The body is classified five parts as following:Part one: the introduction of the integration of document. Analysis from relationship between documents and achieves, state the theoretical basis of integrated documents and explore the historical development process of integrated document.Part two: theory basis of integrated documents - life cycle theory. Through stating life cycle theory, the part explores the meaning of life cycle theory to integrated documents management and the life cycle theory of documents faces challenges.Part three: the practice subject - electronic records. Through the electronic documents, electronic document archiving, electronic documents analysis, the part proposes more comprehensive understanding of the practice of document of integration.Part four: system construction of integrated documents. With relative information technology, he part analyses from following four aspects: the tasks and Principles, standards and norms, related technology, information security, so as to ensure the effectiveness of the construction of integrated documents.Part five: the solutions of integrated documents.. Through the theory and discussion the relation among documents center, the part provides fully understanding for staff's role changing in reform of achieves, which ultimately contribute to building digital archives and truly find the solutions.
