Along with the advancement of informationization in the global scope, assorted databases are developed, more and more information starts to be stored in the databases. As a result, the fast growing magnanimous data is stored in the large-scale and massive databases, but for not having the powerful tool, to understand them has already far exceeded human's ability. It is described as "the data is rich, but the information is deficient".The data mining is raised in such situation, data mining, may also be called the knowledge discovery in database (KDD). It is a process that people can extract useful information and knowledge which is latent and people does not know in advance from practical application data which is massive, incomplete, has the noise, fuzzy and stochastic.The data mining research has started to obtain the universal understanding since 2000. Each kind of theory aspect achievement was published from 2003. The data mining application appears early in the trade area, along with its successful use in commercial area, this technology apply to more and more domains.In domestic hygienic aspect, some examples of data mining usage have already existed, but this kind of research has not appeared in the child prophylactic inoculation information aspect. Because the child prophylactic inoculation information system is a new thing and there is no data mining model available. But along with more and more applications of the child prophylactic inoculation management information system in the nationwide area, to apply this kind of research has already been imminent.The goal of the article is to establish a good organizational structure system through which people can carry on highly effective significant data mining applications and provide the accurate effective analysis result for the policy-making men.The innovative points of this article is that in this article I try to apply the data warehouse and data mining theory and technology in the child prophylactic, then we can use data mining theory to analyze the medicine data.
