Represented by 32-bit ARM and Linux operation system, the embedded system has been widely employed in the measure and control system for its low power consumption and high profemence. Based on the control subsystem of Canada residential green energy generation system, this paper researches the related technologies of embedded system, distributed measure and control system and user graphic interface.According to analyse of the structure and operational principles about PEMFC (Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell), this paper designs scheme of measure and control system, especially hardware configuration of main controller. Software platform of control subsystem, user graphic interface and communication between subsystems are mainly realized. The user graphic interface is used for displaying the status of PEMFC and receiving the user control commands. Based on the introduction of general embedded system structure, this paper realizes porting bootloader, Linux kernel and filesystems to the ARM-based main controller, particularly analyzes the principles of LCD display and touch-screen and designs LCD driver and touch-screen driver based on s3c2410 and Linux operating system. Researches of wireless communication between subsystems and CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) are also included.The researches on the measurement and control subsystem for residential energy in this paper have been achieved early goals of the project and lay the foundation for the further research work. Meanwhile, it can be the reference of building embedded measure and control system with high perfomance and friendly user interface.
