Research On Fire Control Battle Comment System Based On Video Information

This paper presents the fire control battle comment system which is based on video information and gives the specific implementation.This system finds its application mainly in the field of fire control, and it can display the map, video and the time and location information of firemen forming a complete project. This will give the convenience to the analysis of fire control, the survey on causes of fire and summary of experience and the great help on fire control work.In the field of fire control, due to the little knowledge about fireplace, the fire control commander feels great difficult on directing and coordinating. The property of fire control work decides that the firemen always exerted fire control and rescue under the condition of teamwork, mobile status and uncertain status. So it is very necessary to equipt them mobile wireless network equipment which can transmit video information, due to this, we come up with the solution which communicate and video sampling by using wireless hierarchy network. It is more important of how to summarize and analysize fire case by using video sampling and geographic and time information after the fire control activity.This system can be divided into three parts: the display of map, the input of information and play of video. The part of map is mainly to fetch the map from database which is prepared previously; the input of information is mainly reading the location and time of firemen into the database, easy to fetch; the playing of video shows the information of fireplace to staff people. The development environment of this system is windows operating system and it is developed by using oracle database and vc++ 6.0 both. To the connection to database, it is mainly using ADO technology which is based on COM component encapsulated almost all functions manipulating database.The design and implementation of this system successfully integrates video sampling and battle commentment. Further more; it makes the whole process clearer to survey on cause of fire, direction of fire control and summary of fire control. It greatly enhances the effiency of fire control comment and gets the good effect and gives solid foundation to future wireless hierarchy's application in fire control work.
