Study And Application Of Wireless Intelligent Fire Prevention And Alarming System

Public safety is seemed especially important since the development of social economy, the rapid progress of science and technology, the great improvement of people's living standards and the constantly strengthened awareness of security. With the increase of society wealth, the danger and damage of fire is also growing. It's absolutely impossible that the fire never occur, but a timely and effective fire fighting will minimize disaster losses. The wireless transmission network which replaced wired transmission network and the fire alarm and monitor with sensor and network monitor technology could upload the fire danger and various parameters of the fire site to the control center in time. And the control center text users with GSM network so that the users could make proper measures quickly. This technique overcomes the alarm problems when the data lines were damaged by the fire or the other man-made factors, which improve system reliability.The paper first discusses the research and development of domestic and international wireless intelligent fire alarm network systems, analyzes the fire detection technology, discussed the wireless sensor theory and GSM network technology, and then proposes the design of wireless intelligent fire alarm system based on wireless sensor network theory according to the actual requirements. The system adopts 89S51 as the wireless sensor node processor, TAD-170 photo-sensor, MQ-2 gas transducer, and One-line Digital Temperature Sensor DS18B20 as the sensitive element, NewMsg-RF905 Wireless Modules as the sensor node, STM32F103ZET6 as central processor of data nodes which processes the data sent from sensor nodes, and sent the collected data via Ethernet to the fire center. If a fire occurs, the system sends out a warning to security center and safety checkers through Ethernet and SMS. Fire prevention centre could obtain the temperature, smoke and flammable gas concentration of each monitoring site by fire monitoring platform developed by LabVIEW.This system have showed effective fire prevention functions and achieved the desired effect in simulated fire tests.
