The Research Of Improve Quality In Manufacture Process Of Ceramic Filter

This paper is focused on analysis the market status of ceramic filter, and its development direction and work theory. Research how to start cost reduction, improve the competence of filter. After analysis the situation of factory and the problems in factory,point out the problem lead to low efficiency of business operation in here and try to present a method to solve the current issue. Meanwhile analysis the process of produce in whole work flow, conclude the relationship of quality and cost. Take the brainstorming to find weak point by teamwork. Find out the root cause by some SPC tools and method to analysis the root cause of problem, review the fail mode of filter by Pareto chart, which process has problem. Evaluate our process by FMEA, such as which problem is top one issue by RPN ratio, then pick out the key point in process. We also review the work theory of current measurement system, and research the solution of our project. By the Gr&r and other tools, we evaluate our measurement system; find the potential problem in it. Compound the statistical knowledge, ensure the direction of our research, find out the best solution, and discuss how to apply our solution to our actual job. We also have to develop that how to improve our operation system and keep those improvements with a methodology manner. For keep improvement in our plant, we have to build and robust our quality system of information feedback.After project application to our plant, we collect the related data and review them, we have confidence to say that our project has completed perfect. We review our achievement and experience; we will apply those good things to next project.
