The optical frequency conversion anti-counterfeit technology on which this thesis is based possesses good privacy with converted optical wavelength being unique. The anti-counterfeit material is hard to fabricate and has a long life. These characteristics make it well applied in anti-counterfeit field.Since the separated detecting system has some drawbacks to affect the detecting result, the lab group puts forward a new optoelectronic integrated module for this detecting. This paper follows the previous work of the lab and studies the key chip of the module——GaAsP optical receive to make its sensitivity satisfy the signal light after optical up-conversion. The work has been done as follow:1. Use the hybrid integration based on PLC technology as the integration method of integrating receiver.2. By analysis the theory of semiconductor material used for detecting, design GaAsP as the main material for the detecting chip. The band structure,optical properties and doping property is calculated by CASTEP. The formula of band structure with bowing parameter expressed as the function of composition x is deduced and the turning point between direct band and indirect band is calculated,which offers the foundation for receiver design.3.With retrospect to the requirement of the optical receiver chip,the receivers under different condition are simulated by using Silvaco ATLAS and compared for the characteristics such as sensitivity,dark current,transient time,frequency response and so on. The structure of chip is obtained at last.4.Design and optimize the optical films and optical lens,enhance the signal and the detecting sensitivity of the module.5. Test the module fabricated as the design. The results show the integrated module satisfies the requirement and can detect the up-conversion material fast and exactly. The whole module performs well.
