| Fractal is a subject which makes researches on the similarity of complex, irregular object. At the same time, turbulence flame is the fractal phenomenon that unceasingly produces wrinkles, so it brings the people's interest to apply the fractal to the turbulence flame. The article makes a simple introduction to the fractal. It discusses a researches uncertain basic concept of the fractal though the flame photos which are obtained from the optics engine. Also it makes the simulation though BOOST which uses the fractal as the burning model. The text introduces the optic engine that can photograph flame photos: The ChunFeng 250-Type cooled by water is redesigned to a optics engine which has an electronic injector. Its ignition time angle is changeable and could also control the temperature of coolant exactly. Author writes the program to control high-speed video in order to attain the flame photo actually. The article makes deep researches on the disposal of the burning photo. We first make the contrast expand and the media filter and choose the right threshold to attain the Two-value image. And then we pick the boundary of the flame and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different calculation methods such as boxes-counting, different box-counting, area caliper method and the area method. It calculates the fractal dimension, inner and outer cutoffs. It changes the operating mode (the ignition time, A/F ratio, speed) and researches the changing rule of fractal parameter. It calculates the turbulence burning area, turbulence speed and flame thickness; We find that the inner cutoff is in proportion to the flame thickness and the outer cutoff is in proportion to the laminar flow area.It builds the one-dimension model though AVL-BOOST and proves the reliability of the fractal model. Also, we attain the rule of the fractal dimension with the simulation of different operating mode and the result is the same as the above. We analyze the rule of the other parameter and the whole capability though the fractal dimension. |
