On the base of analyzing Mongolian language's written characteristic and Mongolian homepage manufacture technology, and using the JAOSO programmable expansion characteristic and ActiveX to re-develop JAOSO and use ActiveX to edit Mongolian, thus we realized a easy to use, Full-featured Mongolian CMS system.In the system we realized the function: in the backstage use ActiveX to edit Mongolian article on the spot, but in the onstage we use Html label Table to demonstrate Mongolian.The realization of this function simplified the Mongolian language CMS system's construction greatly, and making it possible to publish the Mongolian content to the non-specialized user, and in the onstage there are no worry about interception. This article has introduced the Mongolian CMS system's design concept and the realization method in detail.
