Since 1970s,with the rapid development of such front sciences as micro electron,laser technology,sensing technology and computer technology etc,the level of DRO measure quickly grows , gradually substituting for the traditional mechanical one.At the same time,with the progress of computer technology,the computer system is embedded in lots of equipment and devices in the industrial production and people's daily life,allowing those equipment and devices to have very high automated performance and intelligence on some degree,so as to greatly meet the demands of people's production and living.At present,with the rapid popularization of this application,a technology called"embedded system"is arisen at the historic moment.On the basis of grating displacement principle,this article designs a new embedded grating DRO measurement system,by the design plan of embedded system.According to the requirement of system design,this article determines the overall hardware design plan of embedded grating DRO measurement system that uses Hctl-2032 as quadrature decoder.It can operate the work of digital wave filtering,quadrature decoding and counting etc,by finishing quadrature decoding impulse signal of two channels phase difference 90°output by measure grating sensor and grating rule etc.And,LPC2210 embedded microprocessor of PHILIPS is used as central processor, processing the numerical value transmitted by Hctl-2032 through system data bus.At the same time,the system also integrates USB communication , serial communication , LCD demonstration and parallel interface printing etc.On the aspect of software,this article uses public embedded operating systemμC/OS-II of transplanting source code on embedded hardware platform.μC/OS-II conducts multi-task management,peripheral equipment management and memory management to embedded grating DRO measurement system,which can effectively organize system task and application procedure,and make the system operate efficiently.The experiment proves that this system has such features as high reliability, high stability etc,which can definitely meet the demand of linear displacement measuring in high-precision.
