The Displacement Measuring System By Grating In Laser Marking-Line Machine

People more and more attach importance to how to reduce the degree of pollution in order to protect the environment and manufacture green production in modern industrial.This paper will introduce a improvement of traditional technics of vernier caliper with Laser Marking-Line Machine. In the system gratings are adopted to measure displacement accurately and make the precision to 0.5um using electronic subdivision and programme-subdivision. It makes displacement measurement more accuracy and rang is broadened.In the first we analyze the grating's model in thesis with Fourier and summarize the equation of Moire Stripe. In the second, we discuss how to deal with the Moire Stripe, include subdivision, judging direction, counting. We introduce how to realize the displacement measuring system of grating with single-chip and restrain the disturbance in the system. At the last, we analyze the system's error and some methods of eliminating the errors.
