Study On Network Information Policy And Law System Construction In China

The popularization of internet and increase of network resource have been bringing much convenience and many problems of network information. Network information policy and law have become important resort and inevitable choice that lead, regulate and control activities on network information to settle network information problems. Multiform, complexity and novelty of network information request to build perfect network information policy and law system.This paper used methods of literature search and database search, quantitative analysis and determines the nature research, synthesis analysis and logic conclusion. Starting with the theory of information policy and law, network information problems and society control, the paper analyzes connotation of network information policy and law system and need and importance of building network information policy and law system. By making full use of the resources of literature and data, the status of network information policy and law system in American, Japan, EU and China is disclosed, their outburst features and rules are summarized, main differences between China and Developed Countries are found.The research and findings presented in this paper will be beneficial to improve the frame Structure, content structure and international compatibility of network information policy and law in my country, provide reliable reference for governments at all levels, department and departments of trade to formulate network information policy and law, show great realistic meaning.
