Logistics network is developed along with the network economy and information science and technology. The main components are logistics network, logistics infrastructure network and logistics information network. The complex network is the abstract form of the real network and the world wide web, scientific collaboration networks can be abstracted into a complex network, so complex network can be a good description of the relationship between logistics nodes in the network between enterprises. Complex network structure characteristics and propagation mechanism have been a hot topic within the academic community, especially the recent hot temporal characteristics of complex networks-the burstiness of node interaction patterns of behavior and topological structure characteristic of small world network characteristics are all the focus of attention of scholars.Firstly,this paper analyze the basic structure of the complex network system and combine the network dynamic behavior and the model of network information transmission. According to the mobile phone network specific structural features and the mode of communication, the telephone network information propagation model based on SIR is established.The factors of network information dissemination influencing was systematically studied, including temporal characteristics, structure characteristics and initial user selected. Finally, the diffusion time minimization algorithm based on the structure of community network is put forward, it select the best composition of the initial spread diffusion node set repeatedly, so that the rest of the nodes in the network to the other nodes are the minimum diffusion time, through simulation and experimental data of real network and the experiment simulation is carried out by the real network data. The experiments indicate that the bursty nature of human interactions is the important temporal characteristics in mobile communication network, and we turn out that it will slow down the information diffusion in mobile communication network. The information diffusion algorithm based on network structure in this paper has certain superiority both in the dissemination of information and information dissemination rate.
