Design AGASA arithmetic to solve the negotiation problem as the second part of the negotiation model. By validating of the arithmetic, it can prove the validity and the stability.4,According to the flow of the E-commerce, complete a B2C E-commerce system based on Agent by the structure of MVC. Complete the Agent and the AGASA with the jade and the jgap. The system is developed by the JAVA.
