With the development of E-Commerce, the traditional model of E-Commerce can not suit the requirement of customers. They thirst for a more intelligentized, more active, more humanistic model of E-commerce.The Agent technology is very popular in the artificial intelligence area, Agent has the character of independent, social, intelligent which can solve the problem of traditional E-commerce perfectly. So the Agent technology is widely used in the research of the intelligence E-Commerce area.In order to combine the E-commerce and the Agent technology, and to solve the problem of the Negotiation in the E-commerce, the work of the article is:1,Deeply research in the model of E-commerce and the Negotiation of E-Commerce, also study the Agent technology, learned the protocol of negotiation ,the policy of the negotiation and the communication of the Agent2,After studying the model of the negotiation, design a two-part negotiation system which solve the Two_Side_Multi_Discussion problem with the two-part negotiation policy.3,Study two arithmetic which can solve the non-linear problem base on restriction-the genetic arithmetic and the Simulate Anneal arithmetic, adding the accelerate mechanism and the coding policy. Design AGASA arithmetic to solve the negotiation problem as the second part of the negotiation model. By validating of the arithmetic, it can prove the validity and the stability.4,According to the flow of the E-commerce, complete a B2C E-commerce system based on Agent by the structure of MVC. Complete the Agent and the AGASA with the jade and the jgap. The system is developed by the JAVA.
