Now, along with the increasing need of the speed and bandwidth of LAN and family user interface network, there is a growing tendency for the development of FTTH. The optical fibre transmission network made of polymer which has wide bandwidth, high speed and can realize high speed seamless link with net of silica fiber fit this requirement. But it develops slowly in apparatus aspect. The thesis makes great efforts on the task of data transfers.The thesis researches on how to use transmission system of 650nm standard realize the photolectric transducer of FTTH project which can interconversion between the 650nm optical signal adapted to polymer optical fiber (POF) and electric signal adapted to twisted pair wire. Finally, it realizes the data transmission of optical system and NIC in the user system of polymer optical fiber, and has effective intercommunication for 650nm polymer optical fiber transmission system and public information network.At theory aspect, first, the thesis reviews the surroundings and design conditions of photolectric transducer. Second, it designs the interface circuit of optical signal, medium transform circuit, crystal oscillator circuit, twisted pairwire interface circuit and power supply of USB port current supply, successively. Finally, it matches these circuits wholly.Based on the analysis of 100MHz high-speed circuits and radio circuits, we emphasize the following four parts in the design of PCB layout: first, make sure the design is suitable for the electrical rule check, second, consider local wiring in the circuits, third, arrange wiring wholly, finally, operate in detail the circuits, include: rules of wire width choice,all circuit board layout,power and ground,Connecting between Digital circuit and Artificial circuit,Insulations of all circuits parasitic parameter: dead resistance, parasitic capacitance and parasitic inductance,wiring rules of differential Signal,anti-jamming circuit design of PCB wiring are involved in the detail operation. Realize the design from theory to practical circuits ultimately.
