As a new technology of tumor therapy, the specialty of Cyberknife is that it can trace the movement of patient's body and adjust its own motion which decides the direction of the beam automatically to make sure the beams across the target on the same point. So the position-tracing-technique is the key-technique of Cyberknife and is the special feather which makes the difference between Cyberknife and other systems. The precision of the position-tracing-technique decides the effect of the treatment of Cyberknife and the speed of tracing, the efficiency.Based on the study of Cyberknife-systems nowadays, we have a research on the design of the system-framework and develop the position-tracing-arithmetic for it, which include the arithmetic of image-processing, position-extracting, trajectory-fitting and position-forecasting . We've developed a multichannel image-processing arithmetic and design the arithmetic of position-acquiring, trajectory-fitting position-forecasting based on it. Finally we have kinematic and dynamic simulation of a 6-DOF manipulator used on the Cyberknife system of the mechanical subsystem on Matlab, by which this system's precision is justified.
