The Design And Realization Of Telephone Fee Automatic Press System

With the aggravation of telecommunication market competition, the competition of international and national trade require telecommunication enterprise to reduce the run cost, add the service means and improve the service quality. In this paper, it put forwards a revolution which was responsible for JINZHOU Branch of LIAONING Telecommunication Company and with the developed procedure of telephone fee automatic press system, according to the theory and method of software, introduces the system procedure, analyses the data flow chart and confirm the final objects of system. It reaches a conclusion of logic frame and functional modules according to the system analysis. The paper pays more attention to expatiate the principle of distributed database, the technology of voice card program, network and information security and its application. The realization of this system is the extension of telecommunication 97 project of China.
